Coach Nicole Heard
Founder of S.W.A.G. Volleyball
Coach Heard is the founder of S.W.A.G. Her vision is to build a volleyball club that will provide players with a strong foundation in their ability to not only play volleyball, but ground them in strength and character, while preparing them for higher levels of the game.
Coach Heard is from a small town in Wedowee, Alabama, and understands the necessity of having an affordable, creative sports option for young girls. After years of playing high-school volleyball and having the volleyball player experience on a collegiate level, she stepped away to begin coaching.
For 14 years, Coach Heard has coached volleyball on just about all levels from recreational to high school. She is excited to bring her vision, S.W.A.G. Volleyball Club, to life. It is here to stay and give back.

I have 10+years of experience in auto finance, with expertise in credit, collections, process improvement, and project management, which I bring to the Board of Directors. As a parent of a daughter who has played volleyball for Swag, I am passionate about the club's mission to develop talent, support beginners, and foster a strong sense of community.
